Reception Staff where very polite and friendly, but the hotel spaces are very very limited and overcrowded.

Room was far too small for a double especially for a couple with child. We requested a baby cot which implied that we have a baby but the request was ignored and our request for a larger room was ignored and dismissed with a full occupancyu justification. The room was the size of a single room and there was not space to move, no space to leave the pushchair etc. Safety would have been very much in jeopardy should there have been need for evacuation.

having had previous bad experiences at a couple of hotels in London we were ready for anything...but we were surprised to find out that the place was instead very nice and very good value for money (60 (107108926)

newly refurbished hotel; clean and spatious en-suite room with big shower; new carpet (soft); no cigarette smell; nice and helpful staff; towels changed daily; shower gel, soap and shampoo provided; good breakfast; flat-screen tv, fan, hairdryer, safe and small fridge inside the room; could leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out at no extra charge

we discovered why we had a fan provided in the room - the room was quite hot during the day (well, it was an exceptionally hot weekend, though) but I'm sure it will be perfect for the rest of the year; no lift

easy to book, clean and tidy room, large cosy bed, good location

breakfast area a bit cramped, a couple times somebody crashed into my room without knocking only to say sorry and back out.

Rooms too small and a bit stuffy. No aircon.
