staff were very nice and very helpful area was entertaining, other hotel guests pleasant and very easy to talk to and mix with they made my hol an enjoyable one

fault with shower but they just canged our room so not an issue

Staff friendly and helpful. Beds comfortable. Room clean and tidy.

The room we were given unfortunately had 'work in progress' and there was a large amount of builders rubble on the floor, nails on the carpet and tools on the bed! We were quickly given another room but this was very small - should have been a single room. Only 4 channels on the T.V. Shower over the bath inadequate.
