Fair but I wouldn't call it value for money. Also, it is misleading when it says 'a short walk to Kentish Town Forum'. It is a good 20 minutes including getting a bus. (107850837)

Newly refurbished so nice modern feel

The staff hardly spoke any English and so even my simple questions were not understood. It took about 15 minutes to get checked in because the staff didn't seem to know what he was doing.I called for directions from the tube and he was unable to help me so I had to find my own way. There was only toast and coffee available for breakfast -no fruit, yoghurt or cereal, so very limited. Not good atall as I can't eat bread due to a wheat intolerance!

Very clean, nice beds, very well-located.

I had a room in the basement which was extremely loud because it was located underneath the kitchen. When I asked for a compensation, the said they couldn't do anything about it because I had paid already. Strangely enough, they had MADE me pay in advance of my stay eventhough I asked to pay at check-out (like any hotel). The breakfast was very basic. In my friends' room, a stranger entered the room at night... with HIS own key. Apparently the eletronic locks weren't programmed correctly.

Lovely bright & clean decor, very high standard of fittings etc and a very short taxi ride to/from Kings Cross.

The only bad points were that the check-in process was a little slow, and my room was below the breakfast room so from 5am-9am I couldn't sleep for the sound of footsteps, chairs being moved and crashing crockery!

Very nice hotel for a good price; helpful staff.

Wifi internet signal was too weak in the room to access internet. I had to go to the lobby to use my laptop for the internet.
