Nicely presented, friendly staff poor quality toiletries for "boutique B&B", very expensive for only adequate facilities

Everything was fine except that the bed and breakfast next door had a large group of teenagers that made noise until 2:00 a.m. (108011028)
We received separate beds for me and my 15 year old daughter. There was a surcharge for using a credit card even though there was no mention of this when booking through Priceline U.K. In fact Priceline specifically stated that there were no hidden fees.
