Very helpful staff and convenient location for centre of York (99948884)

I think hotel is currently undergoing a refurbishment, which would explain the lack of order and cleanliness in some areas of the hotel.

Would re-visit this hotel quite happily if in York again. (108077429)

Room Facilities impressive. Morning breakfast was the tastiest we'd ever had, full marks to chef and waiter.

Some of the finishes in our batroom were not high quality, under sill below mirror, tiling was not edged and sealed. Cracked tile in doorway of batroom, someone has tried to repair with sellotape.
