Very nice common areas - bar, lounge, breakfast room. Staff was extremely helpful explaining the public transit system. Room was very clean and comfortable and it was convenient having an additional toilette and shower on the floor.

as a regular traveller to nottingham i will definately advise against staying at this hotel,and will not book in here again.from the moment i knocked on the locked door which was then only opened a-jar to ask me what i wanted,to when i left the following morning.the hotel is in need of updating/a good clean/and a customer services course. unsatisfactory greeting/felt a very unwelcome hinderance to the member of staff. bathroom and room appeared dirty,or in need of serious updating.bed sheets old and off colour. facilities not explained/breakfast not started until 08.00 therefore went without.
