Excellent overall experience, efficient and courteous stff, clean, spacious and comfortable. Room well equipped. Good breakfast. Great location in Bloomsbury very near a tube station.

Continental breakfact is too expensive, I found the room air conditioning/heating quite difficult to control. A radiator heater would be prefgerable in autumn/winter. A biscuit or two with the tea/coffee in the room would be nice. The radio channels are limited to BBC Radio 1 and 2 - no awareness of large and growing audience for BBC Radio 3 and 4!

Impressive, spacious building in excellent central location near British Museum. Efficient and friendly staff. Comfortable room if a little old fashioned. The hot towel on arrival was a nice touch. Decent (though expensive) breakfast.

Bathroom decor could do with upgrading. Like too many London hotels, it's fairly expensive if you are on a limited budget (and most of us are!)
