1.Problems checking in were advised we had no reservation and was told my booking number was wrong,even though this was sent to me via email. 2. Bathroom was too small almost felt clausterphobic and was not clean to my standard 3. At 10am whilst I was getting changed someone opened the room door and quickley shut it once I shouted. When I told the receptionist she just said it must have been a cleaner and dismissed the issue, not the professional manner I was expecting.

we could hear the lift from our room. Very bad soundproof in general. Also small room for a 4 star hotel. We did not want to try the breakfast considering the price they were charging for it.

Location was great for shopping. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Free use of business center.

In house dining was poor-selection was limited and the one time I did order the food was salty. Towels were old and dirty. The general cleaning of the rooms could have been better.

Excellent location. Room ok -we had to change rooms becos lavatory blocked, this was done swiftly and helpfully - room service good, all staff very pleasant and helpful, good shower, taxis always available outside hotel

climate control didn't seem to work as room far too hot, no bath robes supplied and we had to ask three times, breakfast ludicrously expensive but think prob. in line with other similar hotels, barman didn't know how to make cocktails requested (negroni for example), and didn't have ingredients (no ginger ale for example)but he was very pleasant
