Attention to detail from restaurant staff; asking who wanted to taste the wine (a first for Mrs. S!), also waitress complimenting my wife's dress. General ambiance was high level of service, but not too formal.

Was very happy with the accomodation and the breakfast was really nice.staff were very friendly and helpful.

room 11 at the george and the dragon,long melford had the word 'murder' etched into the back of the door and the right had sash window would not close.....may be something you would like to address.
