breakfast room cramped with not enough tables for all the guests at one time with alloted time only being one hour

Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Toilet abit small. No fan provided, quite warm in the room. The parking area too narrow, just suitable for small car but not for 7 seaters.
