Clean sheets - decent breakfast

Rated as a three star - no one around to check you in - the plaster needs repair and walls need to be painted - the carpets in the hall/staircase/room are worn out - the toilet seat was hanging on a single hinge - parking was included - it was on the street and has to be paid for

Overall absolutely fantastic 10/10. The free ear plugs are a genius touch. Couldn't hear a thing. My mate normally sleeps and sounds like a dinosaur is in the room. Couldn't hear him or the alleged noise from downstairs bar. Definitely stay again and recommend to anyone stopping in Sheffield. (107137621)

Fantastic atmosphere. Very good value for money.

Rang to ask about parking. Advised of on street parking but not given any ondication of cost or no. of spaces and where the parking was. Almost as if the hotel doesn't provide the service so they didn't care. Only downside to a great booking experience.
