Rosemount Hotel Heathrow

It was fair, a bit too pricey for what it was. Breakfast should have been included in the price- as it wasnt, we went outside to eat as food in hotel was over the top. (97250403)

The location was good. The room was clean and tidy. Tha amenieties were very good in the room.

The room size was small. The bathroom was ridiculously small. The view was bad. Considering it was an executive room, there ws nothing special about it.

Was everything I expected including the 24 hour reception which was useful as I attended the Iron Maiden concert at Twickenham and I did not know what time I would return.

Our stay was pretty good although, I've never seen such a small toilet/shower room! Very clean and presentable though. (97789592)

We arrived earlier than the designated check in time. The receptionist made arrangements so that we could check in to our room earlier which was very much appreciated.

A group of guests came back to their room at approx. 2am and were very noisy, shouting and banging doors which kept us awake for some time. I did mention this to the receptionist on checking out of the hotel but no acknowledgement was made at all.
