Lovely hotel. large spacious rooms. Owner really friendly. I wish I received this kind of service everywhere. What ever my request, whether it was food or information it was always courteously supplied. Nothing was to much bother.

Not all rooms en suite

Large spacious rooms - our was a family room and even with 4 of us sharing, we weren't cramped. The house has been recently renovated, it retains period features with great use of furniture and furnishings giving a quality feel. It was meticulously clean and very comfortable. Great breakfast, including a nice variety of cooked options. We had a very enjoyable stay - we would definitely use again and recommend. Good value for money. (97116783)

The furniture and soft furnishings generated a luxury feel, the addition of tea / coffee/ snacks etc in the room gave a nice personal touch. The breakfast was excellent.
