Radisson SAS Hotel Manchester Airport

Very good. Of all the hotels in which we have stayed in the past 12 months, this was the most outstanding. We have stayed in hotels in North America, Scotland and England in that period. (99594026)

Staff were prepared to listen and even though the reception person was a trainee she did well. The senior concierge was outstanding in his atteniotn to detail. His younger colleague has a good sense of standards.

We were not aware of any "bad points".

Staff excellent, helpful. Rooms nice and spacious. Ideal when flying from terminal 2.

Extremely convenient location at airport. Soundproofing excellent - you could lie in bed and see the airplanes on the stand but not hear them. Good swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff

Usual excellent stay at one of Radisson SAS Hotels

Overall, it was a very pleasureable experience and a very convenient location.I had a few quibbles about dinner in the restaurant. The flavour of the risotto was excellent but the dish itself was only lukewarm.The long-cooked duck was flavoursome also but needed a sweet accompaniment(ORANGE?)Selection of desserts uninteresting.The service in the restaurant needs tightening-up. Really liked the themed Italian room-lovely

I enjoyed my short stay and getting to the airport via the walkway was extremely easy and convenient. Staff were all very helpful. My only concern was having to wait quite a long time for a place to eat because everywhere was so busy. I had travelled from France via Liverpool and I was really very hungry by the time I was able to eat. (97228209)
