difficult to find reception

We had a great stay, the day had gone from bad to worse when we eventually found our way back to the apartment we had a relaxing stay. No one seemed to no the area and had never heard of Ridley St or Comfort Zone,We took 3 taxis & all dropped us off at the wrong place, I would certainly review recommending this cab company, will not help your reputation. Took us over 2 hrs to get back & very sore feet. But the apartment great. (97217233)

Modern accommodation, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities and very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 mins walk to centre of Birmingham. Secure parking available(at a small cost).

Only problem was when we arrived at 8 p.m. there was no-one at reception and no-one answering the phone number on the documentation. Eventually after about 20 minutes someone turned up at reception. (97590208)
