1) when we arrived we were given a card key to the wrong room on the wrong floor, a mjor inconvienience as my wife is 8 months pregnant.
2)Room
service delievered cold food at a costly premium. i would not mind paying for well prepared product but this was unacceptable.
3)the room was poorly lit, and curtain/window area had not been cleaned in some time and was impossible to access .
4) the tv in the room had a very poor reception and the remote barely functioned, which may have has something to do with the fact that it barely held together.
5)we were charged on the bill for items we had not consumed , items from the mini bar that were not even present there to start with . but this was a minor inconvienience compared with the list above
