Hotel was clean.

Noisy room: sound of flushing toilets from other rooms, doors squeaking, people moving about in room above. Toilet flush not working in room on arrival - though fixed by staff later.

Managment & staff were very pleasant & helpful. Food was of good quality & well prepared.

Parking facilities were awkward on hotel's own car park - easier to rely on on- street parking which was unpredictable. Although Norfolk held many attractions, Great Yarmouth itself failed to add to them.

it was alright for 1 night last minute idea to stay over night

room too small im pregnant and if i was bigger than 15 weeks i wouldnt have managed, yapping dogs outside bedroom window, in the morning a young member staff failed to cover her boobs not something i want to see especially with children around and not something i wanted my boyfriend to be staring at!!

Room not ready when we arrived late evening. Next morning ran out of breakfast so instead of a eight piece breakfast we had four items. Young staff not friendly or helpful. Next morning breakfast better staff still the same waited ages to be served even tea or coffee.

The owners of the hotel are a very nice couple.They made us feel very welcome,inquired on a number of occasions,to find out if everything was to our satisfaction etc. They were also very friendly and always seemed to have time for there guests. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff all very friendly and attentive, without being overly so. The room was adequate in size but not massive,the bathrooms are clean and tidy, but not particulary large. Rooms have free view tv, tea making facilites,and a fridge. The hotel is only a short walk from the sea front, and about 15 minutes walk to the town centre. (97840780)
