Nice view, nice building, food was quite good.

The bedroom was above a function room, I was only informed of this when I arrived and had no alternative but to stay there. The hotel blamed the booking agent, but I feel they should have contacted me. The noise made the walls of my room vibrate, I complained but this went on until 12.30 am. only then could I sleep. I had chosen the hotel because I thought it would be quiet as I was doing a triathlon in the morning.

A fantastic hotel in a great location. Stunning views. I was not disappointed. Very friendly staff. Food excellent. I stay in a lot of hotels and can say that this is one of the very best and very reasonable. I would recommend for both business & leisure. THE LOCATION AND THE FOOD

The hotel is a good hotel. The staff are polite, helpful and very courteous. The accommodation is expensive - value for money if you have the view - not value for money if you have a room at the back of the hotel. Room 22 is a noisy room as it is above the kitchen area and thus the noise from the staff travels. The corridor to the room smelt excessively damp - which was disappointing. The facilities in the room were excellent - the bed comfortable, spacious and clean. The tea and coffee facilities reasonable - it would have been nice to have the option of mug or cup and saucer. The bathroom excellent. The cleanliness of the room excellent. (99731840)

The accommodation was clean and beautifully presented.

I was given a room at the back of the hotel, above the kitchens. This was a source of noise from staff, radio etc. For the cost of the room I found the level of noise excessive. I did not complain as it seemed unfair to ask the staff to be quiet.

The Views are stunning, you must try the restraunt the food was great. We will diffently visit again (99856717)

We'd booked a superior room but were given a standard room (though this proved to be fine). Leisure area needs refurbishing. Noisy party on the Saturday night.
