A first rate budget hotel stay. We only required a comfortable bed as we had enjoyed the Friday night horse racing at Newmarket and only needed the room to change before going out then return to sleep. Then enjoy a breakfast and return home (107141221)

Plenty of room to meet and relax with all members of extended family in large reception area. Staff were more than helpful.

Breakfast was fresh and good. Room was clean and generally good.

Room was above receptions area, so when we were asleep, noisy residents arriving back woke us up. The booking was for 2 adults, 1 child. I had to go hunting for another cup and there was not enough tea/coffee items.

Would have liked to have stayed longer because of the large room and public areas, never did we feel clostraphobic.The public seating is very comfortable and the parking is a bonus when you can park outside of your room when on the groundfloor. (99215329)

The King size bed is a faboulous bonus for relaxation when one is travelling from point to point. The large shower facility is exccellent especially with the safety features.Glad to have sugarfree options in the breakfast room as my husband is diabetic. Most restaurante and hotels in UK are un sympathetic to diabetics.
