Great location, near pedestrian bridge into central canary wharf. Standard room is large and well maintained. Lovely bathroom.

Outside of hotel is being rennovated (although hotel only 2 years old) so it's easy to miss the entrance in the scaffolding. I didn't hear any noise from the works once inside. 15 pounds a day internet rate excessive.

Everything was lovely, we loved the contempory feel to the hotel, it was lovely and clean, we had a club sandwich which was lovely but a bit expensive for what it was, we also went out to breakfast as we thought that was very overpriced. The bed was a bit small could have done with a 6ft as there was the space, also springs were a bit worn which actuall let the stay down a bit as everything else was really good and a good nights sleep is so important.

There wasn't enough towels available when using the leisure facilities, so we had to go back to our room and use them. The main complaint we had during our stay was when we were dining in the hotel restaurant, Cinnamon. The 4-5 staff members in the restaurant were all congregating around the front desk of the restaurant and constantly watching us as if they were at a loose end and we were their entertainment. This was very off putting and ruined our meal as we couldn't wait to leave. (97242179)

One of the best rooms available in the Canary Wharf area, I challenge even the most jaded business traveller to find an area of complaint. But I did find the bar area anything but cosy and welcoming. Fine if you're in a group, but hardly the place you want to sit down and relax on your own after a hard day at the office. (97395571)

Check in was fine though delayed by 1 hr due to room stil be cleaned.Had arrived at 2-00 but room not ready until 3-00pm. Service at reception very good at check in and check out stages. Only issue with mini bar as not aware that items were on a sensor so we removed items to look at in more detailed and then we saw that these would be charged to our bill.
