Poor. We had a good day and night in Blackpool , but it was spoiled by the noise in the hotel. (107183602)

The reception, communal and bar/restaurant areas were very good.

The room was a bit "tired". The noise from the hall outside the room was unbelievable. In addition, we could here the TV of the room next door and also when they went to the toilet - not very good at all!!!!

the hotal itself was fine and i would definatly stay again when i am up in that area / and would recommend it to others apart from a few minor gripes (putting and spelling my name wrong after i wrote it twice, and then addressing by the same), on the whole i found the hotel gave good value for money and service well done (99734696)

the position of the room with relation to the car park / sea / view this helped this stay to be more enjoyable, the cleaning staff were excellent and very helpful and polite to my children

some parts of the room were very dirty (around the windows)the security of the door (it would not shut on its own)
