Would certainly repeat the experience

It was easy no hassle On site staff friendly.

It would be churlish to mention few minor points which however did not spoil the stay.eg. no teapot.

It worked well for us.
(97296492)

It provided adequate space for a family with adult children.
It was very close to the bus line which provided excellent service to downtown.

There were not sufficient chairs(none of which were comfortable) to sit in and relax in the living room. The threshold to the bathroom had a screw that was sticking up that could cut your foot, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

it was ideal for my needs!

Great to have a settee and a proper table to eat from - I hate rooms where you have to sit on the bed all the time. Everything worked (except my internet!)

need a 'closer' on the front door as it banged loudly every time it was used! The bed was a bit uncomfy but if you're tired enough?!?! Couldn't get the wifi to work but that was probably me!

The apartment was clean and well set out. There were plenty of beds, bedding and seats for everyone. There was a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The kitchen was well equiped.

Very clean and roomy.

The apartment was a little far from the town centre, without a car it would be difficult to get to.

The place was convenient for getting around. It is close to the airport. There was plenty of room but it was poorly layed out. The entrance area was large, the bedroom was small.

Very convenient location. Close to bus, take aways and Tesco superstore. Everything worked properly but the shower and washer/dryer could have used some instructions for North Americans.

Some very simple items were missing. There was no sharp knife. Trying to prepare food with a table knife was difficult. I bought and left a knife. There was no can opener. A shelf is the bathroom would be nice so we would not have to live out of a travel case. Also a full length mirror would be good. There was no telephone and our mobile phone was not set up for the UK. I had to buy a pay as you go phone. The TV only had 5 channels. Satelite TV would be nice addition.

We found these apartments to be ideal for our long weekend stay and would recommend them to everyone. There are lots of facilities close at hand (eg: supermarket, bank with ATM, PUBS!!)and although it's not close to the central city, it's very easy to use the buses (even with 60something thousand rugby fans milling around! GO All Blacks!)

Our apartment was in great condition and in an excellent location. While they are very close to the main road (which is great for catching the bus into town)they are still nice and private and quiet.

The mattress on the double bed in unit 3 - we could feel the springs poking through!!

The accommodation was worth it's money although the downstairs rooms with outside access would experience pretty significant foot traffic past them on the way to the main door. There is parking for only 7 cars which makes getting home early a bit of a must if all 11 apartments are booked up. The room itself was in good order with hanging space for clothes and a good sized bathroom (shower over bath). The bed linen and towels are provided as are most kitchen utensils, a fridge, washing machine, microwave, hob and oven. The safe system for any time check-in was excellent as we arrived in the evening time and left well before the check-out time.

Accommodation was in a convenient spot near to one of the artery roads into town. Private parking is essential in Edinburgh as it is otherwise expensive. Everything was in good order and in full working order. The bedroom wasn't overlooked by the nearby buildings and these also acted as a shield to the traffic noise so the room was very quiet.

The little things that were missing were a little irritating especially a tin opener, salt and handwash; finding an abandoned bra on top of the water heater was also unexpected!

I think it should be made clearer that there is no one at the premises when you get there who will give you the key. Fortunately I had a charged mobile phone with credit and managed to find out what to do but with two young extremely excited children it was not that easy. However, once I understood how it worked I did like it, but if I had been forewarned it would have been much better.

Stayed in apartment which was ideal with two young children. It was nice to have a small patio and grassy area for them to play as well

It could have done with a lick of paint
