My booking said breakfast included, but it didn't differentiate whether it was continental or full english. I made the assumption that it was the latter only to be told off as it was the former. This point should be made on the booking (107487975)

Convenient for Heathrow airport and we wish to book for another nights stay on Tuesday 5th August but are hesitant for the reason below.

When we booked out of the hotel we were very annoyed that an error had been made with the charging of £199 for the one night and not £71 as pre-booked on the internet - how did this happen???? an adjustment had to be made and we are waiting to see what was taken from our credit card at time of booking.
