Really good value for money, several lifts to all floors made disabled access easy. Probably if staying over a Friday or Saturday ask to be accommodated on the other side to the street especially if you are a light sleeper. Nice spacious room, good bathroom facilities, friendly professional staff and excellent location.

As we stayed on a Saturday night the noise from the street was loud and ongoing until around 4am. There were large square pillows instead of the standard rectangular kind, only one spare rectangular pillow and there was no bedding provided for the double sofa bed although I'm sure reception would've provided you with these if you asked them. The heating in the room consited of a noisy fan ventilation system and didn't provide much heat.

Very enjoyable stay, would have liked to know about car parking facilities as we only discovered this the evening before we were checking out. Will definately use the hotel on next visit to Reading. (97352639)

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very modern and clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, the swimming pool was excellent and the location was amazing, everything on your doorstep, no noise and 2 mins from train station - superb!!!

I loveved this hotel; have stayed in some of the best in the country and thought this was a great hotel. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff were fantastic; informative, friendly. The only thing I could possibly coment on was that you had to pay extra to listen to music in your room?! Never heard of this before.

It was very clean and tidy. i particularly liked the design of the bathroom with the toilet seperate from the sink/bath area.

All pretty good .... the supply of tea bags and milk was a little on the mean side but otherwise i was v happy

Overall our stay was a nice pleasant evening. Apart from the check-in process, everything else was great. It was nice to be able to order a bottle of wine from room service when we got back in the evening and listen to some music which was available on the T.v services. The only other problem we found was finding the hotel and its parking which seemed impossible to find! As I have never driven around Reading before it was quite stressful at times, but I soon relaxed once we arrived at the hotel. (99908907)

I liked the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. The room was very nice with a good sized bed and great facilities including the flat screen t.v. It was a classy hotel stay with a great location in Reading.

The check-in staff weren't the most helpfl or friendly of people. We got lost in Reading trying to find the hotel and when we asked for directions the lady didn't really seem to care that much. Also when we arrived, even though I had confirmed the booking the night before, the same lady said that she didn't hae a booking for us even though I supplied our booking code. It wasn't until I realised I had used my Dad's credit card to book the hotel that she found our booking. But I would have thought the booking code would have been sufficient enough.
