i thought you breakfast was overpriced, we did not have breakfast with you for this reason.

Staff and resteraunt

Next door deliberately banging room door which was reported and swearing loudly through the wall.Plus when people were having breakfast in the bar some lads were loud and discussing toilet habits very loudly in great length which made some visitors leave the room and the staff very uncomfortable as well as us. No manager came to say anything to them.

Lovely new building & the most comfortable beds ever!

The wifi didn't work in our room but it did downstairs and when we asked the desk guy he was very unhelpful & told me it must be my internet settings, bit odd being that I have a mac and there are no internet settings to change, I walk into a room and it either picks up a network or it doesn't, it did downstairs so why should it be any different in our room

Bedding was very clean

We booked the hotel to be in Leeds for the final game of the season proper at Elland Road. It was everything we needed. My daughter booked the hotel for my husband and I as I was waiting for my new card at the time and my old card would have expired by the date of the visit and therefore couldn't be used. (97920218)

The very comfortable bed!

In my own opinion i along with my companions found this hotel to exceed our expectations. staff were wonderful and helpful even though we never got the safe fixed the hotel was very security conscious. The bar was very relaxing and the restaurant was fabulous. even though I'm a frequent visitor to Leeds i wasn't quiet sure of the hotels location and was under the illusion it was closer to the city center. but taxi journeys were 5 -10 Min's into the center of Leeds and being that little further out we reaped the benefit of minimal traffic noise. all in all a very stress free break! My safe did not work i reported it to reception immediately but it was never dealt with. The bath drain was blocked and took 10 Min's to drain with long dark hair bubbling back up,(not a pleasant sight first thing in the morning). However, reception was informed and unlike the safe the offending follicle blockage had been freed!

Room was too warm and had no air conditioning. Wifi in room did not work. Drinks in hotel bar too expensive.

The hotel was nice, but however, the staff was unable to answer a simple question correct. I booked 10 rooms for a SURPRISE party and rang up the hotel to ask them not to call my home phone, as the party was for my dad and he knew nothing about it, they on two occasions called my home phone and gave all the details of my booking and my dad picked up the message. So after a year of planning it was nearly all down the drain in one phone call. The staff then at the hotel, when we arrived, were asked questions these consisted of, “would you be able to put an ice bucket into my parents room for a bottle of champagne I have got them”, they at this point told me I had to go up to the room myself where there was an ice machine and put it in there room, when I went up to get the ice there was no machine on the floor anywhere despite it them saying there was one on my floor I then had to go back down to the bar to ask them for ice to then take the bucket up to my room. The next question asked was “could you put some cold glasses in the room for when they get to the hotel room” again I had to do this myself so when they got to the room the glasses were not chilled any more. The last question we asked them before we left to go to the party was “will the bar be open when we get back from the party”, the answer they gave us was, yes all you have to do is call the porter and he will get you your drinks. This was a blatant lie as when we got to the hotel after the party the bar was closed and there were only 2 staff in the hotel that could not open the bar for us. I was very unimpressed with this hotel and will not be recommending the hotel to anyone or staying in this hotel again. (97075506)

The hotel was fine,the staff very nice and accommodating towards us, it was just the guests. We were getting in the lift and some men were getting in drinking cans of lager and had a bag full of them too.Also the bar seemed to be full of larger louts. Not a very good first impression. WE will not be staying here when we come to Leeds again. We infact left we the same night and made an excuse that we had to get back due to business committments. (97966558)

It was on the 7th floor, i don't like heights or lifts.

Everything was excellent, parking underneath the hotel was a added bonus as we have previously stayed in another hotel in Leeds where we were dodging traffic with luggage. The bed was extremly comfortable had a great night sleep! The resturant didn't give you much option for food, although the food we did get was very nice - would have preferred more variety at affordable prices. (97254621)

Room very clean, spacious, warm and well appointed. Good level of equipment and everything worked. Lovely shower!!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.

Car park was full when we arrived & we were told to try again about an hour later 'when the staff go home' and thought it a bit much to charge additional £5 overnight. Tight for space and our car has deep scratches on wing mirror which weren't there when parked. Breakfast buffet good value - but a bit 'canteen like' in quality.

The biggest plus point of the hotel was the underground parking facilities. This gives the hotel a distinct advantage over most other hotels in close proximity to Leeds City centre. Would definately stay there again for our next trip to Leeds. (97040307)

The Hotel only supplied one hand towel and one bath towel for two people?! They knew in advance two adults would be staying in my room. Also, the shower-head fising came off in my partners hand when trying to run the bath, and even when we got the bath working, the water was only luke-warm.

Pleasant stay, the directions were clear to follow from the train station, wasn't very satisfied with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff on arrival however this was not a big problem. The staff who dealt with my checking in wasn't very helpful as she didn't show me where the bedrooms were located or what floor the room was on. the hotel is clean, smart and relaxing. we had all the facilities we needed, but a few little touches would have improved it, like tissues in the bathroom, and a do not disturb sign for the door! excellant food and nice friendly staff. parking was a rwal issue on the sat night, but a breeze on the sunday and very conveniant. well located just on the outskirts, easily walkable into town but far enough away to get straight on with your journey in the morning without having to drive into the city centre. The car park was full and overcrowded to the point that it was almost impossible to move without hitting other cars - the nearest parking was in Granary Wharf, 5 very cold minutes brisk walk away. Probably because of the good price, a number of groups on a Saturday night out were staying and caused the fire alarm to be set off in the middle of the night. (99402052)

the cleanest hotel EVER that i have stayed in

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING

I found the food and drink a little expensive,the bar menu did not offer a great variety,it did not encourage us to eat within the hotel. Room service menu was poor when i phoned to order food,only sandwiches were available. Overall i found the hotel to be welcoming,found the staff polite and helpful and the area were the hotel is situated was quiet and tranquil. (3305074493)
