Second stay was in a ground floor room, and we were very aware of the sound of creaking floorboards overhead. Happily the occupants retired early and rose at about the same time we did!

It is close to the airport and somewhere to eat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was colorful and it was easy in the morning to make some breakfast with a spacious kitchen and good choice of food

The room was large and well maintained the en suite was let down by the water pressure for the shower. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. the main complaint was the poor standard of the bed and the creaking floor. Breakfast was adequate. The owner provided a shuttle to and from the airport at no extra cost. There are no facilities to have a drink or food within the immediate area. I change of bed and attention to the floor boards would make this excellent value for money. (3304961324)

Bed and floor creaked to such an extent that sleep was very difficult.

The guest house is in a fantastic location for stansted airport. And is fantastically geared up to cater for people staying overnight before flying from stansted. The room was beautifully decorated had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel provide a transfer service to the airport at no extra cost after 6am. Generally good. Knew most of what we needed to know before finally settling. Our problems were our own due to very early and very late flights but were able to overcome them with the help of the managment. (3305442894)

Really nice, clean, cosy room. For the money paid we would have been satisied with something much more spartan.

As a woman travelling on her own the accommodation was very good & clean, the free shuttle service was brillant no worries about getting to & from the airport. The service does not run on Thursdays but a taxi can be pre booked by the guest house manager & it only costs (99248750)
