Everything in the apartment was very nice, well laid out and loads of room. The directions to the apartment block were a bit vague but after a phone call to the concierge we made it there ok.
Will definately look into booking these again in the future.

Our stay was great, everything we could need was in our apartment.the staff were helpfull and at hand up to 10pm.we did have a little trouble finding which block of apartments were ours and finding the reception area.the gym was fantastic, large and very well equiped. It was nice to be able to have a sleep in without the worry of a chambermaid knocking on the door.

the accomodation was great, everything we could need was in the apartment, right down to an iron and ironboard.mutch better than a hotel.

one of our window locks was broken, and reported, and being quite windy during our stay it did wake us through the night.

shuttle bus into city was great although it was a bit crowded a few times especially by the time poeple with luggage got on. maybe some other arrangement for luggage or less people on the bus would have been better. the site we booked through had most of the details we wanted

self contained and able to do our own thing washing machine was a bonus as was free internet. Beds comfortable, free DVD's was also a bonus

toaster needs replacing and no tea towel for drying dishes in unit.

Overall OK, but kitchen aspect needs sorting out!
(99488326)

Nice location and much better than a hotel room!

Cleanliness - carpets and walls really dirty, kitchen utensils and pans not very clean
Anonymous (Young couple) 02 July 2007
Good set up but they need to sort out the cleanliness of the rooms and the kitchen utensils. Also, one light working out of three in the bathroom is not good enough!

Nice change from normal hotel set-up

Cleanliness, number of light bulbs not working

Overall, quite good but could be better.

It was nice to have kitchen faciilties and a nicely set out two bed apartment instead of the typical hotel room and extortionate room service!

The apartments could do with being cleaned to a far higher standard. Plus, some of the pots and pans need replacing, not just cleaning.

Great, only needs a little bit more attention to detail to make it into a fantastic place
(99572629)

Better than a hotel!

No VAT receipt, apartments need more regular attention to lights, curtains etc
Anonymous (Solo business traveller) 18 April 2007
Good but could be a little better if more attention to detail was paid to the apartments.
All the lights should work (one out of six ceiling lights is not good enough!) and the place should be properly cleaned and odd-jobs done before new guests arrive.

Completeley different to a hotel room!

Quite a number of light bulbs not working; pans in kitchen have seen far better times; plug in bath not working; bath not cleaned since last guests (grime and hairs in bath)

Reception little difficult to find. Sign could do with being over the door! Receptionist was a little unhelpfull at check in but gave us basic information required. Rooms are nice and apartments have a no noise policy, one warning then they will ask noisey people to leave so no partys, Great for a peaceful stay.

Was a great stay and we will defiantly come back with more people and we will also be recommending it to others.

it was clean and the accommodation was large. It gave you the chance to really relax and take the stay at your own pace opposed to a hotel where you have to be up early for breakfast or the cleaners. The leisure centre was included in the price and this was what made the accommodation more appealing.

The only thing I thought could have been improved on was that on arrival it would have been useful to have just a few teabags, sugar, coffee and milk, just enough for a drink when you arrive. ooh and also a plug to use hairdryers or hair straightners by a mirror.

Would definately stay again, i will be making this a regular visit.

It had everything you need. The free shuttle bus and the full use of the leisure facilities next door were fantastic. Overall excellent for money.

Nothing

The accomadation is great. No issues at all. Poor signs for reception and the lack of VAT receipts really let the place down. Should be very easy to put right though.
(99259546)

The accomadation is excellent. Good size rooms. Like living at home.

Poor sign posting to reception. Why does it take over a week to get a VAT receipt. Surely it is not that difficult. This has happened twice now. Definately not good enough
