Excellent location but would have liked to have known number of house,apartment etc on confirmation of booking to allow delivery of groceries etc. Would like to have known about traffic noise to allow a choice to sleep at back of building overlooking garden as loud traffic noise. Excellent location, excellent facilities - all in working order.

Living room was very smoky on arrival. Bedrooms both v noisy due to traffic noise from Hagley road

An excellent value for money alternative to a hotel. The booking process was smooth and trouble free and the accommodation was comfortable and far more spacious than staying in a hotel. I went for a 2 bedroom apartment and was glad that there was 2 bathrooms. (99500954)
