Durley Grange Hotel

When we checked in, we were with my 95 year old mother. We had been to a family funeral in Chichester and my mother was booked into another hotel in Bournemouth from Monday 27th October on holiday. I had mentioned this in a previous telephone conversation with receptionist Emma. When we arrived, she remembered us and promised the utmost care for my mother during her stay and even agreed to take her on to the next hotel on the monday. Thanks for all your help. (107964042)

If I had known the hotel had superior rooms at the time of booking, I would definitely have gone for one of those. The staff were very friendly and knew their jobs. Breakfast was a treat, and although I didnt use the pool, I looked in at it and was cross that I hadnt brought my costume. (99929648)

A friendly and well run hotel with excellent meals and varied menu. It is still in the process of being updated and I am sure that when this is complete it will be even better.I would stay there again. The only good thing about this hotel was it's proximity to the beach and local town.

The room was tiny and very dated with flower wallpaper that was peeling. The bathroom had no shower and was tiny as the toilet was just inside the door.
