The cleanliness of a hotel is a major factor when I travel and here I could not fault it. The staff were very approachable, helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble - this makes a big difference when you are unsure of the area. (99268321)

The staff were very friendly and helpfu, especially with travel arrangements. The room including ensuite was very clean.The beds were comfy. The TV had a wide range of TV & music channels. Breakfast was also very nice and plenty of it.

The room although very clean was a little on the small side, and the entrance in to our particular room was very awkward, especially with our heavy cases. The shower was a little disappointing as it was not very powerful and the temperature was tempramental.
