Clean,friendly reception

very small for the price, hardlly room for the suitcase

If i would have known what the rooms where like i would not have stayed unless i would have had a room in the main part of the hotel,would not recommend this hotel until you get pictures of the rooms.As i have said before the reception area was very nice and the two male members of staff could not have been more helpful,you get what you pay for and i will pay more in future to be sure of good accomadation,one last point we had to share the most disgusting bathroom and shower room and i mean disgusting. the main reception and bar where really nice and staff where friendly

they moved us to a annex where our room was and the room was disgusting,everything was relly old and room smelled of damp,to be honest if there would have been a young girl or female i would have refused to take the room it was so bad

The radiators in both the main room and en suite bathroom did not work. After complaining to reception i asked if they would move us to another, to which they obliged. The whole decor and furnitue could do with bringing into the 21st century.........artexed walls. The en suite bathroom was tiny, very lucky neither of us is on the large side! Excellently located for our requirements. A five minute walk to earls court exhibition centre and both tube stations. (97383796)

Booked this hotel as it was rated good - if this is good, I hate to think what poor hotels in London are like! Apart from pleasant staff on reception and a good location nr Earls Ct tube, I struggle to think of anything positive to say - a real disappointment! (99691049)

Tiny room & tiny shower/toilet Large Board under the mattress to stop it sagging! Ancient tv not tuned in correctly. Door did not close properly Toilet ran all night Hardly any toilet paper Breakfast only 7.30 to 9, so not much good if you're on business and wish to leave early.

El hotel estaba bien situado y el desayuno era bastante bueno,estas dos cosas han sido a mi juicio lo unico positivo.Respecto a la relacion calidad-precio tengo que decir que me parece excesivo el precio de 69 libras que al cambio vienen a ser unos 100 euros.Me parece excesivo porque las habitaciones eran muy cutres,muy peque (99953218)

it was very clean, and well kept

no full english breakfast avaliable, walls are too thin and i could hear other pepole having a good time in their room.

Overall excellent value. Did'nt know that towels would be provided so need'nt have brought them with us. In a good position for access to underground etc. (3304991792)

Generally my stay at the mowbray was very nice the staff were very helpful and informative with any questions we had. very good value for money and location. I would stay at the mowbray if was coming to london again and would refer to friends. (3304985471)

My accomodation was a perfect location for a concert I saw, 150 yards from the gig 100 yards from the tube.

My only dislike was myself and partner were unable to use cold water facilities (shower , bath) in the morning due to water shortages.

I would have liked to know the size of the room roughly and how close it was to the place we were going. (3304435024)

I liked the fact there was a TV and a network so that we could call out friend in another room at the hotel for free.

There was no lock on the toilet and the radio didnt work
