bedding was warm and comfortable

the curtains did not match the room and the height of the shower was fitted far too low on the wall and did not adjust to another height. On the saturday, the maid did not clean the room until late afternoon, which was rather disappointing.

1. Carpark the receptionist was friendly but was very confused over the carpark arrangments, this involved four trips to and fro and after a 400 mile journey we could have done without this. 2.The staff in the resturaunt were fantastic and connot be faulted this includesw bar staff. 3. There was one major problem, when we returned home we found that the hotel had debited nearly a thousand pound from my account instead of (3305553023)
