The hotel is in a very convenient area for visiting Birmingham city for shopping as well as gigs at the Carling Academy. It is just a 10 minute walk into the centre. I also liked the wide choice of food and drink for breakfast which all tasted great and you could eat as much as you wanted.
I disliked the noise from what I can only think was from the boiler system which seemed to be on throughout the night and also the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.No overall comment. (97802894)

The rooms were nice and clean. The lounge area was cool, relaxing and trendy. There was no unruly people and it was close to the city centre.No real complaints apart from the temperature in the room which was a little cold despite the heating being on. (99119488)

Bathroom clean but needed redecorating & regrouting. Slow drainage in shower unit.
