All staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good for old trafford and motorway

Decor a bit shabby and only one towel in bathroom

The bedroom and bathroom were very good sizes giving plenty of room. The bedlinen was crisp and clean. Although we arrived quite late there was no problem checking in, it was a very quick process. The staff were polite and helpful. The only Criticism I would make is that the Hotel name sign is not easy to see at night. (99529319)

The staff is nice and very accommodating, the area is nice with a restaurant called 'Mimi' just up the road, which served excellent food. The tram is also handy where you can get to Manchester centre for a couple of pounds and Old Trafford is only 2 stops away. (99622305)

Hotel bar had sky sports and a special football menu which was very good value for money. They could have told us that when we booked in. It would have been more helpfull. Directions could have been more informative with a few landmarks to look out for. Only came upon the hotel by chance as we had stopped at the lights. (3304439667)

The efficiency of staff for check in. Helpfulness of same. Variety of evening menu was good and food was delicious. Evening restaurant staff very friendly and well organised.

The bed was too soft. Breakfast in restaurant was discorganised. The tables had not been reset once used, and service was patchy.
