They tried to stick us in the basement but changed their mind when they realised we were ok. Lock on bedroom door was a bit dodgy. Room was clean and neat but a little small. Good location - near Earls Court tube. Nice Indian restaurant nearby. (97091318)

room very small!!!

It was a very good hotel, modern, clean and great location for tube and main roads. Bathroom was great, the only problem was the train noise from the back of the hotel. (99721749)

In general it was a lovely place to stay. The room was really lovely. The staff were a bit offish when I was checking in but it isn't a major concern as they warmed up after a while (99942557)

The light in the bathroom didn't work which was annoying

The hotel had obviously been recently refitted, however I ended up changing room 4 times in 5 nights, the rooms are tiny with the basement rooms smelling damp and being very noisy, the second room was very hot and right above the tube station so again very noisy. Third room was so small you had to climb to the bed to get from one side of the room to the other and has a water tank above it so kept awake but the noise of the tank refilling. Fouth room was adequate. Will not be staying there again and I intend to write to the hotel to complain. (99672659)
