Extremely pleasant stay. Friendly staff. The food was excellent and the complimentary fruit and Sherry in the room was most welcome after a hard days work. Will definitely come back to the Berkely Square Hotel if I am every in Bristol again. (99753011)

The mattress was dire. It really was uncomfortable and should be changed!

Friendly and very helpful staff (a bit slow to answer telephone at reception in the evening.) A good shower in the bath(very important). good breakfast menu Room service menu limited but of excellent quality. Hotel attractive and rooms stylish and tastefully furnished (3304616388)
