Was cheap

Hotel had sign outside advertising restaurant - and inside there were signs directing you to it - but it didn't exist - not even a bar. Breakfast was disgusting - mushrooms clearly came from a tin as they were very salty. Staff were very unfriendly as if you were doing them a favour. No external phone line, you had to put the kettle on the floor to use it, toilet took 15 minutes to refill - I could go on, but I'll stop here1

Friendly and really helpful staff, clean sheets. Plenty of tea and coffee supplies.

Shabby facilities, lights hanging off the wall in bedroom when we arrived. Workman arrived to replace bulbs and we mentioned the lights. These were fixed while we were there and had to leave the room shortly after arrival for them to do it. Bedrooms smelt of smoking. Tiles/grouting in bathroom were dirty. Noisy area at night, a lot of traffic using the street.

Die Beurteilung fällt relativ schlecht aus. Wenn man das allg. Hotelpreisniveau für London kennt, dann ist es immer noch relativ günstig. Das Hotel eignet sich hervorragend als Schlafstätte. Es hat eine gute Anbindung an die M 11 bzw. A 406. Das war für uns mit entscheidend, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Ich persönlich würde dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen, mit o.g. Einschränkungen. (97968006)

kostenloses Parken am Hotel, vorausgesetzt man kommt nicht zu spät. Kostenloses WiresLan. Frühstück war gut. Hotel eignet sich (nur) als Schlafstätte.

Badezimmer hätte eine Renovierung dringend nötig gehabt. Teppich sehr schmutzig. Heizung gab es wohl nicht (Fußbodenheizung? ) Sat TV gab es: deutschsprachig war nur Eurosport und das in einer schlechten Bildqualität. Laut Beschreibung war die U- Bahn Gants Hill nur 5 Minuten entfernt, aber nur wenn man mit dem Bus unterwegs ist.

Well situated for ease of movement with quick and easy access to central London and surrounding areas. Well located on local bus routes. Convenient access to local park for early morning walks and jogs. (97546860)

The standard of this hotel in terms of decor, cleanliness was very low. Limited facilities in the rooms. Lock on the bedroom door was questionable. I would not rate this hotel as a reasonable place to spend the night.

No doubt as a commercial, cheap head on the bed low cost hotel, it would do for some people. I have to remind myself that this hotel has been around for many years and no doubt is always full, so, so what, that one person diden't enjoy one nights stay. I have never seen processed bacon for breakfast before and hopefully, will never again, with the amount of greese it was swimming in. I lived in Ilford back in the late 50's to late 60's and in the years I have been back, for one reason or another, I have seen the town slide into decay.Perhaps a web 360 deg. video of rooms etc would help.
