i have answered it in he questions above, everything from active hotels was fantastic, however i would have liked to of known about not being able to have a late check in (97155478)

the location was fantastic, the apartment was very large

the staff were rude, i could not have a lat check in so they demanded payment or cancel my booking! also there was no hot water at all so had to go out half clean!

Very clean apartment with everything you could need. Ideally situated for the city centre. We were a group of 4 girls and felt very safe at the apartments and in the surrounding area.

The door to the ensuite wouldn't shut.

much clearer directions we started to walk and ended up getting a taxi,once we knew our way arounfd it was fine great having a welcome pack but not enough milk. the apartment had everything you need, and with the supermarket 2mins away that was handy, also the pack containing Resturant sthat delivery was a good idea. the apartment was clean and comfortable (99625441)

very modern, kitchen was well equipped.power shower excellent, apartement was well furnished and comfortable.

pillow was uncomfortable, and the plug was broken in the bath so water would not drain away, but not a problem.

Great value for apartment. Would much prefer to stay in a premier apartment over any other hotle i looked into in manchester city centre. My only complaint is that 12.00 per night for Car parking seemed extortionate. (99899395)

Premier Apartments offers excellent value for money with regards to the space you get. The apartments are massive compared to the boxy hotel room you would get for the same price. I love the home from home feel you get which is ideal for anyone who travels a lot and may be bored of the normal hotel offer. The beds are comfy and the bathroom facilities are amazing! Perfect. The only thing I ask is that you open more Premier Apartments in even more cities across the UK! (99079664)

The apartment exceeded our expectations and bearing in mind the cost was on a par with a normal hotel, offered outstanding value. The lounge/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were all beautifully finished and equipped. The kitchen had a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer. There was even a washer/dryer! We did have a little dicciculty finding the car park and reception intially, but a quick call to reception soon sorted this. The only two comments I would make are: a) like some other reviewers, there seemed to be poor reception on a number of TV channels -- hardly a big issue. b) It would be nice if the internal door didn't have automatic closers on them, so you could move around the apartment more easily. But... overall excellent. Would be my first choice over a conventional hotel every time. (3304684292)

The apartment was spacious, stylish and quiet. The shower was the best I have had in a hotel. Staying in an apartment was much more relaxing than staying in a hotel room. It felt like I was staying in a 4+* hotel. The only slight issue was that the area around the hotel, whilst central, is still up and coming. Overall, an exceptional night and I will actively seek out other Premier Apartments when I stay in other cities. Thank you. (3304790854)

Lovely new apartment in a great location for shopping and the Arena- We walked everywhere. The manager was very helpful, we ran out of milk, so he went to the shop and bought us some more! Great bathrooms, especially the showers. (3304435148)

The amount of space was fantastic. It was very well decorated and the facilities were immaculate. I will definately consider staying at any of the hotels in the range in the near future.

The reception wasn't open until 10am, which meant that if you are very early in arriving at the hotel to leave your baggage or get early access to the garage, you are left with no reply to the intercom.

Very surprised at how big the apartment was, it had everything we needed for our stay and I will definately stay here again. 10 out of 10. (3304679180)
