My stay at this hotel was one to remember when we arrived at the hotel we had just had a five hour journey ,they checked us in straight away and then made us all tea and coffee .they were also very good with our children and made our stay special. (97739864)

The eggs was under cooked and that it was a bit far from the Blackpool attractions.

We didnt want anywhere that was noisy, the landlady was very friendly and helpfull. Our room was very homely and very clean. Breakfast was spot on, and there was parking front and back. We are going again in a few months time, no problem with this Hotel. (99435979)

Hotel was very clean and the lady owner extremely hospitable. We like the idea of staying on the outskirts of the main 'hustle and bustle' of Blackpool so location for us was perfect. The double room we were given was adequate for our one night stay but rather small. (3304439689)

The Sunnybank hotel, was really clean and tidy. The food was excellent, and the staff were really friendly and polite. The room was petite with an ensuite, but we didn't mind as the whole purpose of this break was to get away - and we certainly did that. I didn't like the fact I had to put the kettle on the floor to make a cuppa, as the lead wasn't long enough - but hey! and we had to really pull hard on our door to ensure it was closed properly. Very enjoyable stay. Despite being a distance away from the main attractions, there was a regular tram service operating from outside the door along the promenade. We felt that this added to the experience in a way as trams are rather rare where we come from. It was very quiet during our stay so breakfast in particular was a pleasure - both the food & the tranquility. I would recommend highly. (3305234980)

My stay at the Sunnybank Hotel was enjoyable, We were made to feel welcome and the booking in was so easy, the room was abit on the small side, but was more than adequate for what we wanted and for the price we paid. It was a bit of a walk from all the nightlife, but was near enough from the beach for a nice stroll! We had a knock on the door first thing in the morning for breakfast, and the breakfast was basic but there was plenty! I would definately stop there again. (3304779068)

The hotel had a good location, within walking distance of the town, near the front, but far enough away to be in a quiet zone and have on street parking available. The landlady was friendly and accomodating, e.g. prepared breakfast early on Sunday, prior to the Blackpool Marathon.
