We had to change rooms because the first one we were given stank of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room.

This hotel is in a good position slightly away from Stevenage centre, but very close (walking distance) to the leisure area with cinema and good restaurants. Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. Room clean with excellent shower and very comfy bed. We stayed while visiting friends and hotel staff kindly arranged taxi. Would use them again. (97301500)

Very pleased with quality and price. Room was clean and everything was provided. Would have no hesitation in recommending, or staying there again, should circumstances dictate. Only suggestion would be access to more radio stations, especially via the digital (DAB) network. (99205755)

The resturent was caotic on the morning of 06/08/07 between 09:00&10:00. I thing becouse the guests came for breakfast at the same time and there were only 2 waiters on. They could not coupe with the orders.The resturent was over crowded. The waiting time before placing an order was about 25min and for your order watting time was above 30min The waiters kept making misstakes and it was quite frustrating. If the guests booked their braekfast times to avoid congestion it might help (3305154545)
