Very good value accommodation
(107578805)

No frills, but value for money accommodation.
Staff friendly. Place very clean and tidy.

A bit difficult to find as it is off the main road behind a petrol station.

Terrible! dirty, smell of urine, bad staff, dirty bed, worst hotel experience ever.
(107151242)

Nothing! The worst hotel ever!!!!!!!!!!

Filthy, smell of urine, dirty capret, rude staff, dirty shower, dirty pillow and sheets, dangerous building taking place outside where a brick nealy fell on my head, unhelpful staff, hideous entrance, deceiving nice lobby leads to shock when the guest sees the atate of the rooms.

OK for what we wanted but would not stay again.

Ideal for a quick stop off in a Capital city

No responsibility taken by the hotel for noisy guests

Value for money and very nice staff
(97235460)

Very friendly and accommodating staff

Rooms are very small and so are the beds !Its very good value for an overnight stay but the facilities are not really suitable for a longer one ie:- no wardrobe or tea making facilities.

Overall good value for money and clean. I would definately stay there again.
(97757183)

It was quite easy to get to with free parking. Lots going on around the area in walking distance.

The head board seemed a little dirty and could have done with a hand towel as well as a bath towel as i had nothing to dry may longer hair with. The rooms were a little too hot.

In general the hotel is basic but clean, and is okay for a short stay only. Staff were Quiet but Friendly enough. The breakfast offered was okay.
(97567404)

The Hotel is very close to Mare Street which has some major bus routes linking across the city.

The Room was too hot, no clean bed linen or towels offered over the 4 night stay. We had to ask for clean towels, otherwise did not get anything. The TV transmission in the room was very poor. The shower did not work on occassion i.e., too hot or freezing cold. Not enough sound proofing i.e., can hear slamming doors and your neighbours going to the loo in the night! Not knowing the area very well, we found it extremely difficult getting from Tottenham Hale Station to Hackney using public transport and had to take a taxi!

It was pretty good value for money if you just want somewhere to put your head down for the night and have a quick shower and breakfast before leaving. The room was small amd had no hanging space so I wouldn`t want to stay any longer but I would use it again for tha afore mentioned purpose. The staff were friendly too.
(97256496)

The hotel had a small car park which was very useful in London. The room was adequate with excellent duvets on the beds.Breakfast was good too, although there was no choice.

The bed bases were dirty and our toilet didn`t flush though they did rectify that when informed.

It was good to have hair dryer and ironing board but would rather have had a drinking glass in bathroom and tea making facilities.
For the price paid it was good value for money and would use hotel again.

It was well priced for london.

The shower didn't work & we were eaten alive by bed bugs.

The reception area of the hotel was very modern and clean. The room was exceptional for a London hotel, especially for the price. It was a large clean room with a on-suite shower room which was also clean. Towels were provided and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My wife and I had an excellent stay and will be staying again!
(97230516)

Clean throughout especially the room. Large room.

The only thing I could fault at the hotel was the TV. Only one chanel was available but we weren't there to watch TV so it didn't matter. I dare say the staff would have sorted it out if we'd asked.

Bed linen on arrival appeared to be freshly laundered

no room facilities tea, coffe, etc. bathroom very compact, shower head had no fitment, sink had no plug, room not cleaned between nights, room furniture in bad state of repair, noise during night due to single glazed windows, room separation walls so thin could hear neighbour on phone, television unable to pick up any channel.
Steve from MELKSHAM, United Kingdom;GB (Group of work colleagues) 25 November 2006
This room was booked using our company credit card. As our employees do not have any means of paying for the room, a specific request was made in the booking for the cost of the room to be taken from the credit card used to make the booking and my authority was given in that instruction. Our employees did not arrive at the hotel until early evening and there was a major problem regarding payment as the instructions were ignored and at that time our office was closed. It was fortunate that a fellow company director was at home and able to sort payment from his credit card but this should not have been necessary. It is very important that payment for the room can be taken from the card used for the booking to avoid similar problems. It nust be a common occurence where companies book hotels on behalf of employees and payment arranged at the time of booking.
