The excellent kitchenette was a bonus, as we could brew coffee whenever we wanted and cook a meal to save expense on a meal out one evening. There was a spar close by for purchases and a hotel next door for meals.Staff were great

Aix is an expensive town for France, and on foot it was a fair distance from town, though eminently walkable for us.

The shower needs a shwoer curtain; the water spilled all over the floor because there was only a partial glass covering. The bed (a sofa bed) was really uncomfortable.

A bit difficult to find. The location map provided is not very clear especially since there are very good landmarks nearby which should have been indicated and would have made the place easier to find. Definitely not walking distance to the main attractions of the city as was indicated.

The room was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The fact that it had its own kitchen was very helpful, as it gave us much more independence during our stay. I had called the hotel to reserve parking in advance and when we arrived there was no parking available even though we had booked it in advance, the receptionist was not understanding of our problem and was really quite blunt. On the 1st morning we had no water because of a leak, understandably this can happen but we didn't have any help from the staff and they didn't really care. Some bottles of water would have gone along way for customer relations. The room was good just a shame about the service. (3304732735)

This accomodation was neat, tidy and clean- it is a little way out of town- but with a car it is no problem (maybe a 10 minute drive max). All in all, not flash but clean and tidy (3304503455)

The studio was a bit dark; there was no balcony. It is therefore not very pleasant to really stay inside during the day. There is a park nearby however. The kitchen apparel is too basic to do any decent cooking. The internet connection at 7 euro/30 minutes is too expensive. (3304495731)
