Hotel staff friendly & informative. Room clean but because no air con needed cool air fan. On fairly busy road but noise not too bad, slept ok. Within 20/25 mins easy walk to main attractions. (97784520)

A very good hotel, one where I would stay again provided you offered some cheap deals. That would encourage me to visit Dublin again on a mini holiday. (3304285373)

positive comments Not too warm, just right. Plenty of hot water. Beds very comfortable

The biggest issue was that although the food was very good, there was not enough variety. The menu was very limited and I soon ran out of choices. The staff were very helpful, even bringing over newspapers when I had to wait an extended period. (3304268652)

positive comments Spacious and kept at a good temperature. Very comfortable beds. Well cleaned and the bathroom equipment was pretty new and in good order.
negative comments The armchairs are not the best for sitting in... poor support.

We were very pleased with the service offered by the hotel - from the process of booking on-line to check-out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and 'everything worked'! (2831186)

positive comments Proximity to centre of city. Staff were friendly and efficient. Parking was available - important espically in a city centre location.
negative comments Some leisure facilities would be nice

The hotel is an easy walk to Grafton St & O'Connell. The staff were efficient and the stay was pain free. Not the cheapest given the level of fit out quality, but still worth a try if you need to stay in Dublin. (2658476)

The hotel is situated close to the city centre and St. Stephens Green. Plenty of buses near by to different parts of the city. A short (15 mintue) walk to Donnybrook Rubgy Ground. (2634779)

positive comments comfortable accommodation in a lovely hotel where the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very spacious and the hotel had an overall feeling of comfort. It has also got an ideal location to the city centre-only a 10 minute (very scenic) walk into the heart of Dublin. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. (2587742)

positive comments We were very impressed with the size and cleanliness of our room. It was spacious and had lovely big windows to look out over Dublin.
negative comments We did not experience anything that we felt could have been improved on.

As a business traveller with car,the lack of available hotel guest car parking space is inconvenient resulting in having to park on the street and pay at a meter.I felt the hotel although busy was somewhat impersonal with a a lack of Irishness about it. (2363665)

positive comments Location
negative comments Car parking

This hotel is a small gem with a smart exterior and well decorated interior. The rooms are clean and tidy, the beds are extremely comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The late bar (untill 2:00am) is a handy option and the reception staff are always happy to help. The only real disadvantages are the distance from the city centre and the lack of variety on the bistro menu. Although the food breakfasts are excellent with a wide enough choice. (2218532)

positive comments A smart, clean and comfortable hotel with decent facilities ideal for young couples.
