Location very good - 5 min walk from the clock and the historic, scenic part of town. Parking available although in a VERY narrow garage with a steep hill. Reception staff very friendly and helpful and room very clean with a nice bathroom.

In a very dull, side street which got no sun even though weather was lovely. Street was a bit drab, although a short walk away was really pretty. Easy to find this hotel too off main road.

Macerator toilet in twin room smelled unpleasant when flushed.

We would not use this hotel again. I cannot understand why, when the hotel was almost empty, they gave us rooms on the third floor which were obviously of a lower quality than those on the first and second floors. (97859351)

Central position - easy to reach centre of Rouen.

We travelled with four other people all of whom checked out after the first night as their rooms were poorly decorated and in one case, had a mouldy bathroom. The rooms also did not smell very nice. We found our room to be somewhat in need of decoration but adequate for our needs.

The hotel was fine, and we paid for what we got. Probably would not stay here again in the warmer months, but it would be okay during the late fall/winter. It was also difficult to get our luggage up to the room, as the lift only went to the third floor and the hotel manager put us on the fourth floor. (99610933)

A Good hotel in a good location rather spoilt by its lack of moderness. The rooms look like they could do with updating, and there are no facilities for getting onto the internet - or options to have film channels in the rooms. The staff were excellent, and the hohtle and rooms were clean and tidy. I would recommend it as the location and staff are excellent, and somewhat makes up for these no so good parts. (99194492)

The bedding was not comfortable. The mattress was too hard and the sheets were like sandpaper. The bath towels were equally rough.

Found hotel quite easily (remarkable considering large crowds and road diversions etc operating due to international motorboat race taking place). Friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms slightly on small side - but neat, clean and beds comfortable. Good continental-type breakfast in pleasant room.
