excellent value for money and brilliant location next to canal st and short walk to shopping areas! Clean and spacious even though we had a studio much bigger than a hotel room and we took food and cooked breakfast the next morning...definatly recommend!

Had to check out at 11am...but you can check out at 4pm for an extra £15...which is handy if you want a wild night out!

Very friendly receptionist at check in, with a lovely manner. She also phoned us later that evening to make sure we were happy with the room. The studio apartment we had was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, the facilities first class, the room was lovely and clean and the shower was lovely and powerful!! Excellent location as well, very easy to find.

There was a breakfast box available at a very reasonable price. The only reason I didn't purchase this was that I only have skimmed milk, and this option wasn't available. The lifts were a bit slow, but as we were on the 2nd floor this wasn't a problem as we could walk. It would've also been nice if the hotel had a deal with the NCP car park for a discounted parking rate.

Overall a great stay. I found the staff to be helpful & knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of good bars & restaurants within easy walking distance. The city centre shops are also close by. The room was very spacious compared to a conventional hotel room and also comparatively well equipped. Both the hotel & room were clean and felt very fresh throughout. The appartments were in a brilliant location and the reception staff were very helpful. The only downside was the 3 o'clock check in which we found a little late. (97014246)

The appartments were well equiped and very clean, they also felt very private and we did't hear any of the other guests during our stay.

My stay was disappointing. While the accommodation was spacious and clean, the building smelt of damp and there was a problem with the hot water which was not dealt with very well. Poor communication about the basic facilities appears to have been the fault. I would need to be re-assured that procedures had been improved before I would book again. (99074272)
