Central to main
area for restaurants etc

Noisy, even form 12 floors up.
Heating did not work properly. Bed was at the end of the room and needed binoculars to see the tv as it was so far away. Layout was poor. No trouser press. Bathroom
door could not be shut from the outside.

The room didn't have a fan in the room, but when I requested one, a member of staff brought one up for me.
Myself nor my wife knew how to work the air conditioning in the room. (99656080)

Very
little, compared to the Jurys in Cardiff the Brimingham hotel is very expensive and the room I had could easily have been in a Travel Lodge.

Expensive
price for a very poor room, no safe in the room for laptop etc as there is in Cardiff, expensive car
park (free in Cardiff for residents) No shampoo / soap / etc in the room just standard
shower gell in a big bottel bolted to the wall. No room
service - can you believe this!

On arrival at check in there was a huge crowd checking in . It was chaotic and individuals checking in one at a time made it very difficult for staff and guests. I believe that a seperate area should have been made available for guests checking in un associated with this large booking.
Other than that the room was excellent and the breakfast buffet was also of a high standard. Good stuff! (99381888)

Excellent rooms.
Nice and crisp bed sheets.
Great power
shower.

We were right in the heart of the pubs & clubs, by choice. We got a good room on the top floor (15th floor), but you could still hear the road and noise from the road below - so you may want to think about this before staying. Apart from a noisy neighbours and someone mistaking our room at 3am, this was a pleasant stay, but a night away from our kids was great anyway. We would stay at a Jury's hotel again, as the discount online based on normal room rate was approx 70% and made the stay worthwhile and value for money. As we live close to the city anyway, we used local restaurant we knew rather than use the restaurant in the hotel, so cannot comment on the food or the bar. (3304171352)
Clean and
modern hotel, close to all the action on
Broad Street.
Shower in
Bath, turned the bathroom into a wet room, perhaps they should have gone for a wet room full stop. I prefer showers to baths and would prefer a
modern jet style
shower with no
bath.
