Ease of booking and value for money

This hotel will always hold very special memories for us. The standard of the wedding meal-exceptional,the efficiency and friendliness of the staff-tremendous, the setting-wonderful, the rooms comfortable and well equipped, and for my wife a bonus, she got a teapot for her early morning cuppa-perfect. My son & daughter in law's wedding after Lucy Hately took cotrol of the arrangements was everything we could have hoped for,and I would like my sincere thanks passed to her and the staff on duty that day for ensuring the happy couple ourselves and all our guests,had a day we will all never forget.

Any minor issues were far outwayed by the good points so I cannot bring myself to mention them.

The room was clean, well maintained and reasonably well furnished for the class of hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful with breakfast having all the choice you could want. Overall somewhere I will go back to.

It was much further out of Cambridge than I realised and as I had travelled by train I had to spend a lot of money on taxis.

Bill error when checking out (five pounds more than original bill - corrected on site), payment for the daily news paper !
