Very good weekend overall and a special mention for the complimentary breakfast bar which was excellent. We would however have preferred more choice on the evening meal menu which was very limited. (97894272)

That the hotel was in the middle of an industrial estate, that the breakfast was self service, that there was no bath, and that the heating was not working Generally the standard were not as good as Travel Inn (97115341)

Dirty carpet, clod room, small room, tea and coffee inadequate. Having to pay for internet. TV menu difficult to access through the pay items.

I gather you are really not interested in the food & beverage operation by the way your questionnaire consentrates mainly on accommodation . Well, I hate Mcdonalds ,but it beat your menu choice on offer, so I was forced to eat there . You need to introduce old fashioned hospitality Not a room factory (99504052)

Excellent Shower

A typical Holiday Inn Express. Not very convenient for Cambridge city centre if you don't have transport. Good for exploring the area if you do. Convenient for the airport. Looks almost new. Good quality comfortable rooms in a quiet location. At the rate we got it was good value however at the published room rate in reception it would have lots of competition from better situated hotels. communication - I'm deaf, teletext on tv - I tried to watch Sky One but no subtitled on teletext - disappointed!!!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The drinks are very expensive £5.30 for a gin & tonic and the smoking area is to close to where you eat your breakfast which was unpleasant. (3304025005)

Very comfortable, well appointed and well managed hotel. Responsive and courteous staff. Excellent continental breakfast in nice surroundings. All in all, a comfortable stay with the minimum of fuss and good value for money. (2958497)

It was modern and clean, very comfortable, and everything worked.

We had trouble finding the hotel late at night, but that may be a fault in local signposting, or it may be an issue that Express at Holiday Inn can address.
