Peaceful and quiet location. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast.

bathroom ceiling leaked 3 times even after it had been looked at by the maintenance guys. The website pictures of the rooms are not a true reflection of the actual accomodation, they are very basic. Not a luxurious hotel as we were lead to believe. 2 bottles of Nastro Italian Beer from the bar cost 10 euros ! far too expensive.

We felt the checking in and out of the hotel was rather long winded. We checked into four rooms and there was several other rooms booked under the same surname, which cause the reception staff rather alot of hassal. The booking reference number did not help with the checking in. However, the reception staff were always available for booking taxis and our return mini bus to the airport. All members of staff were polite and helpful. (99990742)

Hotel absolutely immaculate. Staff excellent - friendly and helpful. Room generously proportioned and well equipped. Fabulous setting.

Larger bar are would be an advantage as it was a very popular spot.

Our stay was a very nice experience. In the future I would always check the location of the hotel in its relation to the nearest metro station as the metro is so good. I may also check if there is any English television on the satelite system and the amount of electric sockets. (3304138859)

The accommodation was spacious and clean.

More electric sockets available in the room. There was only one which I could use. I had to charge a total of three things, my laptop, my camera and my phone. A large rug on the floor in winter for a warmer feel to the room.

The hotel is further from the centre of town than is indicated on the website. The atmosphere is rather souless as the hotel is large and not much is done to make it feel cosy. The food in the restaurant was very expensive and uninspiring. This is a hotel that is more geared to conferences rather than casual visitors. There was a lack of infomation about local transport etc. It would have been helpful if the hotel had put up information about a general transport strike rather than letting guests find out when they tried to use it. They need to be more pro-active rather than re-active. (1985800)

We had a lovely time, the staff were very nice and the hotel was excellent, Unfortunatly the weather was so bad we did not get to enjoy the gardens which looked lovely. We intend to come back... (2013292)

Friendly helpfull staff, cleanliness was supberb and the hotel was in an excellent location.

Breakfast could have had a bigger varity of hot food. I do think the curtains around the hotel are a little dull and took from the decor.

Booked double room but was given a twin. When we complained they pushed the beds together! At first they told us the Hotel had NO double beds then they said they would put one on our room and take out the two singles. After a lot of difficulties with the reception staff who were misleading and unhelpful a manager upgraded us for the seconf and third nights. Both our rooms overlooked the hotels rubbish bins which were in constant and noisy use. The air conditioning didn't work at all in the room and as we had to close the windows because of the noise it lead to an uncomfortable stay. (1535885)
