A nice hotel if the decor was tidied up and clean. In a central postion for the main shops. (97783312)

The hotel is not a 4 star it needs updating, the first room we were given had an odour of smoking.After a request for a third room the room was excellent, no problems.

The staff were a bit slow on checking in, after asking for another room for the third time they found a better room, so if you keep asking you will get a better room.

Hotel building impressive

We were woken up by hammering at 8 am .Your hotel manager refused to make any adjustments or even APOLOGISE about the noise said we should have said it before??!!! I feel you should have said that we were staying on a building site we would have chosen to stay elsewhere

Small bedroom, very poor condition of bathroom. Hotel bedroom had very run-down appearance

We stayed during a hot spell and there was no air conditioning in our room. We left windows open but it was quite noisy. The staff were very pleasant and the common areas good. We chose the hotel for it's price and good central location.We would recommend for a convenient short stay. (99592928)
